As a privileged customer of Marks & Spencer, you are registered on this portal with a secure User ID and Password. Your User ID is your registered mobile number. Your password would have been sent to you on SMS by Marks & Spencer. You can SMS GETMYID to 56161 and we will resend your login details to you.

If you have forgotten your password, just click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the main homepage. You will be asked to enter your registered mobile number on the pop-up screen. Once you submit this, we will send you an OTP (one time password) through SMS on the number. Enter your OTP on the screen and we will send you your new password. You can change this password once you log in to your account. If the problem still persists, please use the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will get in touch with you.

My Account is your personal space on the website. You can access your registered personal details, edit your details, view your past purchases and access exclusive offers here.

The Tier Benefits tab shows you the privileges that are exclusive for your tier in the program. It also shows you any active vouchers that are available for your use. If there are no active vouchers, this space will remain blank.

The Personal Details tab allows you to access your registered details. You can edit and update your personal details here. There are some details that cannot be changed again after they have been updated once.

There are two ways to update your personal details after logging in to your account. If you are logging in to your account for the very first time, you will see a pop-up that will allow you to edit your personal details. If it is not your first time login, you can do this through the Personal Details tab. This allows you to update and edit your personal details. Please note, not all fields can be changed again if they have been updated once. These include your date of birth, gender, marital status, marriage anniversary details and your kid’s birth dates. Your registered mobile number cannot be updated. To edit this, please get in touch with us through the Contact Us page.

We take extreme care to not spam our customer’s mail boxes. However, due to your personal settings, the emails we send may land in your spam/ junk mail folder. You will need to add the M&S ID into your trusted senders list to ensure the emails come to your inbox.

It is not possible to delete your account on your own. You will have to request support to deactivate your account. You can get in touch with us through the Contact Us section.

Our website is compatible for all Windows and Mac operating systems and can be viewed using the latest stable versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. The size is optimized for 1024 X 768 resolutions.

It takes us approximately 24 hours to update your details in our systems.

Once you enrol into the program, we create your account and update your details in our systems. It will take us 24 hours to activate your account for you to use.

It takes us 24 hours to update your point balance and purchase details in our systems. Post that it will reflect on your account.

If you have just enrolled into the Marks & Spencer Club India, it will take us 24 hours to activate your account. Once that is done, you will be able to log into your personal account.

If you are already registered with the program, try to login using your ID and password. Your 10 digit registered mobile number is your user ID. To get your password, SMS GETMYID to 56161 and we will send it to you.

If you are already registered with the program and have multiple cards linked to your registered mobile number, you will not be able to log in to your account. We are working on consolidating multiple cards and transferring points to your last active account. Please be patient while we do the same.
